The Tatano Authorized Technical Services (STA) are made up of professionals authorized according to the law current legislation, constantly updated on our products, on industry standards, both technical and safety, and use original spare parts.
The Tatano company is always near its customers by recognizing:
- 2 Years warranty on all models of boilers from the date of first ignition made from a STA Tatano.
- 5-year warranty for solar panels, puffer and storage tanks combined with boilers and thermal solar panels.
Ordinary cleaning and maintenance operations are not covered by the warranty.
Once the installation is completed by a qualified technician according to the D.M. 37/08, the manufacturer offers the service of the first ignition provided that this operation comes carried out by an STA Tatano.
This operation, in addition to optimizing operation of the appliance according to the characteristics of the system, it is an indispensable condition for activation of the manufacturer's standard warranty.
