Kalorina LE-PA / Low Emission

Kalorina LE-PA (Low Emission) is the class 5 low-emission pellet-fired boiler positioned at the top of the category for reliability, versatility of operation and performance. It guarantees high yields and maximum levels of comfort, for single and semi-detached houses, condominiums, public facilities, small businesses and farms.

The boiler allows to save significantly and immediately on the costs of gas and diesel thanks to incentives.

The Tatano boiler has a pellet / wood combustion chamber combined for efficient insulation and combustion with minimal heat loss; anyone can find flexible solutions and enjoy an individual design for fuel storage and collection.

Kalorina LE-PA has an automatic cleaning system for the exchange surfaces and the combustion chamber with mechanical drain in the special ash box.

It requires the minimum use of energy both for automatic ignition and for the autonomous maintenance of the embers. Thanks to energy-efficient components, control systems and intelligent regulations, Tatano's low-emission pellet boiler has low power consumption and quiet operation.

Efficient and clean heating (low emission)

The Tatano low-emission boiler has an integrated multi-cyclone filter, complete with a silent smoke extractor, which reduces dust levels.

The continuous measurement of the depression inside the combustion chamber, the double combustion control through the temperature probes (water/smokes) and the Lambda probe, guarantee high yields and low consumption; the minimum emissions limited to the measurability threshold, even at partial load, allow obtaining the highest tax incentive.

Continuous control with touch display

The low-emission Kalorina LE-PA boiler features an integrated digital electronic control system with touch display and easy navigation through the menu.

The system allows to control the actual needs of the house thanks to the monitoring of the combustion and power and the possibility to program the heating of your home according to your habits.

It is designed for display and remote assistance via Smartphone / PC.

Hopper storage - Sil – Max 800

Suitable for storing and feeding wood pellets class A1 and A2 (EN 14 961-2) or other biomass compatible for grain size EN 14961-6.
It can be applied directly on the Kalorina K20 M, K22 E, K22 EPA, BK22 E boilers and K24 E (23-104 kW), replacing the standard hopper.
The 1,235 L cylindrical hopper can be applied directly on Class 5 boilers Kalorina LE-PA series (Low Emission), it is suitable for wood chips class A1, A2 and B1 up to grain P16 (G30) according to EN 14 961-4 and the transport of wood pellets class A1 and A2 (EN 14 961-2).

Articulated feeder with 180° orientable auger

This loading system can be used for the transfer and metering of pellets from the storage tank to the boiler, through the fall cockpit until the auger feeding system.

The system is compatible with:

  • Pellet boilers for the Kalorina K20 M, K22 E, K22 EPA, BK22 and K24 E (23-104 kW) series;
  • Compact boilers for the series MK25, K35 PV and BK25;
  • Boilers Class 5 for the Kalorina LE-PA series (Low Emission) and Kalorina MK Low Emission series.

Motorized ascending auger

Transport system from the storage depot located on the floor or below the technical compartment and directed to the boiler hopper; equipped with a motorized auger with pipe for transferring and dosing wood pellets class A1 and A2 (EN 14 961-2) or of other biomasses compatible with the EN 14961-6 grain size.
The system is compatible with: pellet boilers for the Kalorina K20 M, K22 E, K22 EPA, BK22 E series and K24 E (23-104 kW, compact class boilers series MK25, K35 PV and BK25, Class 5 boilers for the Kalorina LE-PA (Low Emission) series and Kalorina MK Low Emission series.

Pneumatic loading system

The pneumatic loading system it’s used for transfer the biomass from the distant deposits from the boiler room or from a support storage hopper and directed to the boiler hopper.

It can be used for wood pellets class A1 and A2 (EN 14 961-2) or other biomass compatible for grain size EN 14961-6.

The system is compatible with the pellet boilers for the Kalorina MK25, K35 PV and BK25 series, the Kalorino KS Pellet fireplaces (15.8 -31 kW), the Kalorina K20 M, K22 E, K22 EPA, BK22 boilers and K24 E (23-104 kW), the class 5 boilers Kalorina LE-PA series (Low Emission) and the Kalorina MK Low Emission series.

The pneumatic system and the withdrawal are not included in the Tatano product line.

Tatano recommends the Advance Easy Moving system.

Underground Pellet Tank

In case of lack of space for storage inside the building, this system gives the possibility to install an underground tank outside and, through the suction system, to transport the wood pellets class A1 and A2 to the boiler (EN 14 961-2) or other compatible biomasses with particle size according to EN 14961-6.

The system is compatible with the pellet boilers Kalorina MK25, K35 PV and BK25 series, the Kalorino KS Pellet fireplaces (15.8 -31 kW), the Kalorina K20 M, K22 E, K22 EPA, BK22 boilers And K24 E (23-104 kW), the class 5 boilers Kalorina LE-PA series (Low Emission) and the Kalorina MK Low Emission series.

The underground tank and the withdrawal are not included in the Tatano product line. Tatano recommends the Advance Easy Moving system.

The ideal solution for the transfer and the dosage of the biomass from a storage hopper to the floor and to the boiler through an intermediate loading hopper or fall cockpit up to the dosing auger.
