KALORINA OLIVE HUSK is a boiler for the heating and production of hot sanitary water by means of removable copper coil (available for the models with hydro sanitary production) or by means of an external tank (optional).

It is available with a potentiality from 18.000 Kcal/h to 100.000 Kcal/h (from 20 to 116 Kw).

The boiler may be used in all the fields: agricultural, industrial and civil.

KALORINA OLIVE HUSK uses all the types of minced solid fuels, derived from renewable energy sources: olive husk, minced shells of nuts, almonds, pistachio etc.

It produces low cost energy using natural fuels and ensuring great savings, up to 80% compared to classic combustibles. It can burn also firewood, fed directly into the combustion chamber by the front door.

The thermal isolation with special elements reduces the heat dispersions, increasing the output of the boiler and diminishing the fuel consumption.

The length of the auger must not exceed 3 m.

Example of applying a special auger for an external silo

Using a special auger tilted to 180° (optional), it is possible to stock the combustible in an external silo, placed near the boiler.

The boiler is surprisingly easy to use, and it doesn’t need any particular maintenance, a few minutes periodically is enough for cleaning the boiler. Keeping the boiler and the smoke exchanging tubes clean favors the thermal exchange, thus increasing the efficiency and reducing the combustible consume.

On the boilers KALORINA OLIVE HUSK with potentialities 40.000 and 60.000 Kcal/h, you may install a double removable coil in copper for instant production of hot sanitary water, on request.

All the models may be installed in combination with our SOLAR SYSTEMS, increasing even more the economic savings for the production of hot sanitary water, everything being controlled by an electronic device.
