It can be used in all the fields: agricultural, industrial and civil. KALORINA/E PELLET uses all types of minced solid fuels derived from renewable energy sources: pellet, minced shells of almonds, nuts, pistachio, crushed fruit stones, olive husk, etc. It produces low cost energy using natural combustibles, ensuring considerable savings, up to 80% compared to traditional fuels. Moreover it can burn also firewood, fed directly into the combustion chamber, by the cargo door. Thanks to the predisposal, the boiler can also burn fuels like GPL, gas, oil or bio diesel, after the connection of a special burner (optional); the control panel is made for handling this double use, the one independent of the other. This burner may be connected whenever you want, even after several years.
KALORINA/E PELLET is realized with materials of high quality, with absolute respect of norms in this domain, using the best and the most innovative vanguard technologies. The thermal isolation with special elements reduces the heat dispersions increasing the boiler output and reducing the consumptions. The new feeding system, managed by a digital control panel, allows KALORINA/E PELLET to be automatic both in the ignition phase and in the successive ones of modulation and maintenance. In fact the particular electronic panel controls, through two probes, the temperature in the boiler and the temperature of the smokes, and interacting with the regulation of the combustible material and the regulation of the air, optimizes the consumptions avoiding the useless waste of material. The feeding system through a double auger confers to the thermal group an ulterior degree of security, since the flow of the fuel happens inside the two overlapped parallel augers, communicating by a vertical trap. KALORINA/E PELLET is very simple to install, and can be used both in independent plants and centralized ones, can mount the silo, that contains the material as well on the right side as on the left of the boiler, guaranteeing the autonomy for an entire day; for a greater autonomy the Sil-Max800 can be mounted (optional).
The boiler is surprisingly easy to use, and it doesn’t need any particular maintenance, a few minutes periodically is enough for cleaning the boiler. Keeping the boiler and the smoke exchanging tubes clean favors the thermal exchange, thus increasing the efficiency and reducing the combustible consume. On the KALORINA/E PELLET boilers with potentialities 40.000 and 60.000 Kcal/h, you may install a double removable copper coil for instant production of hot sanitary water, on request. All the models may be installed in combination with our SOLAR SYSTEMS, increasing even further the economic savings for the production of hot sanitary water, everything being controlled by an electronic device.
