Kalorina Pellet K2218

KALORINA PELLET is a boiler for heating and production of hot sanitary water by using an external tank (optional). It is available on request, with potentialities from 130.000 Kcal/h to 500.000 Kcal/h (from 151 to 581 Kw). It may be used in all the fields: agricultural, industrial and civil.

KALORINA PELLET of big sizes, like the smaller boilers, uses all the types of minced solid fuels derived from renewable energy sources: pellet, minced shells of nuts, almonds, pistachio, etc. It produces low cost energy using natural combustibles, ensuring great savings, up to 80% compared to the classic fuels.

The boiler can burn also firewood, fed manually directly into the combustion chamber.

Thanks to the predisposal of connecting a special burner (optional), it can burn also such fuels as GPL, oil, gas or bio diesel. The control panel allows this double functioning of the boiler, independently one from another. This special burner can be installed in any time, even after several years.

KALORINA PELLET is entirely made with high quality materials in absolute respect of the norms in this field, using the best and the most innovative vanguard technologies. The thermal isolation with special elements reduce the heat dispersions, increasing thus the output of the boiler and diminishing the consumption.

The feeding system with a double auger gives the boiler a greater security degree, since the combustible flow happens inside two parallel augers, connected by a vertical trap.

KALORINA PELLET is very easy to install an can be used in all the fields: agricultural, industrial and civil, sports plants, clubs, pools, etc. The silo which contains the combustible material can be mounted both on the right and on the left side of the boiler.

On the boilers KALORINA PELLET is possible to apply a special auger, in order to bring the combustible from an external silo, made of construction materials and placed near the boiler.

N. B. the length of the auger must not exceed 3 m.

The boiler is surprisingly easy to use, and it doesn’t need any particular maintenance, a few minutes periodically is enough for cleaning the boiler. Keeping the boiler and the smoke exchanging tubes clean favors the thermal exchange, thus increasing the efficiency and reducing the combustible consume.
