KALORINA K35 CHIP, is a multi combustible boiler able to burn all kinds of biomass products, from wood pellet and other pellet, all kinds of other wooden biomass products like wood shaving peels and wood chips with a dimensions of up to 30x30 mm, to minced shells of almonds, nuts, pistachio and other products found in nature. Thanks to the possibility to connect a second burner working with some kind of liquid combustible, it also burns for instance gas, oil or bio diesel. Everything is controlled electronically by the new digital control panel, which regulates all the operations according to combustible material in order to exploit the efficiency of the boiler and optimize the consume. The boiler has a hopper with a capacity of 340 litres, protected with a grid to avoid intrusion of foreign elements and is covered with a hermetic lid. The ignition of the combustion material inside the combustion chamber is automatic. The control panel handles the burning of all kinds of combustibles, the sensors and the probes guarantee an always perfect functioning. The boiler has been projected for maintaining always a constant temperature, in this way the costume is considerably reduced, and you reduce the consume even more if you keep the boiler clean, which is easy. The smoke exchanging tubes are placed diagonally and do not need any particular cleaning, and the ashes are gathered in the ash drawer that must be emptied periodically. Normally all the cleaning is done in a few minutes.
KALORINA K35 CHIP is able to heat a whole house, and it also deliver a lot of hot sanitary water thanks to the copper coil integrated in the boiler. It may be connected directly to the plant or to other accumulation systems, like water tanks, thermo accumulators or thermal cells. The reduced dimensions makes it possible to install it even in small spaces in private homes, it is easy to install and simple to maintain. The efficiency is high and the reliability and the security are among the best! KALORINA K35 CHIP is studied down to the minor details, with special attention paid to reduce the heat losses to minimum, the special isolation leaves the covering cold even when the boiler is working. Now the K35 CHIP is available also in the version BK cereals, able to mix cereals with wooden biomass products, we have in fact made a new extra hopper to place next to the boiler. A motorized system brings the cereals directly into the combustion chamber where it is mixed with the other combustible, for instance wood chip or pellet, everything regulated automatically by the new digital control panel.
N.B. If you want to use the extra cereals hopper you have to specify this at the moment you order the boiler. The use of cereals mixed with pellets reduces the heating costs considerably, up to 80% savings compared to traditional combustibles. The boiler starts up with wood pellets and gradually increases the percentage of cereals and decreases the percentage of pellets as the temperature increases, everything happens automatically. |
