	WOOD CHIPS

KALORINA WOOD CHIPS burns all kinds of minced solid fuels derived from renewable energy sources: wood shaving peels, sawdust, wood chips and all other wooden biomass products. Moreover, you may connect a second burner for liquid combustibles (gas, oil, bio diesel), on the backside of the boiler. You can connect this burner in any moment even after several years

The boiler produces low cost energy using natural combustibles, ensuring great savings that may reach up to 80% compared to traditional combustibles. It may also work with large firewood, fed manually directly into the combustion chamber by the front door.

The KALORINA WOOD CHIPS is made entirely with first quality materials, in absolute respect of all regulations and norms in the field, using the best and most innovative technologies. The thermal isolation with special elements reduces the heat loss, increases the efficiency of the boiler and reduces the consume.

KALORINA WOOD CHIPS is very easy to install, and may be used both in independent and in centralized heating plants.

The boiler is surprisingly easy to use, and it doesn’t need any particular maintenance, a few minutes periodically is enough for cleaning the boiler. To keep the boiler and the smoke exchanging tubes clean favors the thermal exchange, thus increasing the efficiency and reducing the combustible consumption.

The boiler is controlled by a digital control panel, which manage all the functions of the boiler automatically, from the ignition of the combustible to its turning off; special sensors and probes test the function of the boiler continuously, regulating the quantity of the material and optimizing the consumption. The control panel also controls the function of an additional burner.

The combustible hopper has a capacity of 450 liters. A sensor controls the quantity of combustible material and blocks the boiler if the hopper should run empty; the hopper is protected with a grid in order to avoid intrusion of foreign elements and is covered with a hermetic lid.

On the KALORINA WOOD CHIPS boilers with potentialities 40.000 and 60.000 Kcal/h, you may install a double extractable coil in copper for instant production of hot sanitary water on request.

All the models may be installed in combination with our SOLAR SYSTEMS, increasing even further the economic savings for the  production of hot sanitary water, everything being controlled by an electronic device.
